BMW Connected App not working
My BMW Connected App quit working a few months ago on my 2015 i3. It was formerly a great feature, especially for cooling down the car in the summer, or heating it up in the winter. I called in to the BWM app folks; they said they know it is broken, and don't know when it will be fixed. Are others having this problem? Anyone have any information on a fix?

I've seen several post on reddit and facebook of people complaining about the app not working properly. From what I've read BMW knows of the problem and is attempting to fix the issue.

It required several attempts to get this app properly connecting to the car and BMW customer support told me they know of customer complaints and reliability issues with the app.

I have been using it for months now since it came online up north. Sometimes there is a bit of a delay (a few minutes to update the status) but it eventually updates the info.
I will switch over to the Remote app if I need quicker info. No crashing as of yet for me. |

Mine I can't send nothing it keep saying Sending to the car...... even when I'm logged out and logging in, still sending info to car I will try to delete and reinstall app and see what happen

This app is not reliable. Try removing the app, then reinstalling it.
After several calls to the BMW "1-800" customer service, I asked if there are known problems with the app and after speaking with several different people, a manager copped to acknowledging reliability problems. |
