You cannot use any Tesla superchargers even with an adapter. Not until 2025, anyway. Folks are confused thinking they only need an adapter. Not only does one need an adapter, but Tesla also has to have a strategic deal in place with the manufacturer to allow their VINs on Tesla's charging network.

Your adapter will be useless on any BMW until 2025.

I forgot that I pre-ordered this, but it now is being produced and shipped. For clarity, this is to connect Tesla Superchargers - not Tesla Destination chargers - to our BMW EVs - any Tesla Supercharger that has been programmed to permit connection with our vehicles. Not many yet, but many more coming soon, allegedly.

Lectron Vortex Plug | Tesla Supercharger to CCS Adapter | 500A | 1000V. Cost $199.99 with free shipping.

You mean not ANY right now.
The only superchargers that work with any electric BMW today are the magic dock stations. Using those should force you to use the magic dock adapter. At best it would work there if you are able to not take the magic dock adapter when you pull out the cable (not sure that is possible but allowing for the possibility) but i don't see why you'd want to even try using your own adapter there.

I'm not impressed with Lectron's email that I received today to say that these are now in stock. I placed my order in October when they were first announced and they haven't shipped it yet. Not that I will be able to use it at a SC dispenser since the network is not opened up yet but I would expect Lectron to ship these out to order holders before sending announcements saying they're in-stock and "ready to ship"

There is the very limited use case of being able to use a NACS plug at a third party station IF the CCS1 plug was broken but the NACS plug still worked. We have a couple of local EVgo dispensers that fall into that category which have been broken for close to a year.

Those are not superchargers.

My range anxiety workaround is to have one of every possible adapters in the trunk, just in case one of them ever might possibly maybe could be needed.

Obviously

The one place I would potentially need a SC in the PNW is in the Olympic Peninsula and that SC site does happen to be equipped with MagicDock. We could certainly use more DCFC locations but I wouldn't otherwise really depend on this adapter other than for an edge case and I have little expectation that T* will open their network to the wider population anytime soon especially to non-plug&charge vehicles.

That's my use case as well. Not because of range anxiety and the only anxiety I feel when out in the middle of no where is from not having a spare tire. It's amazing how many camping sites in remote places that have 30amp or higher outlets for RVs. I do like to be prepared and carry a set of plug adapters for the portable EVSE along with tire plugs.

NOT ALL NASC to CSS adaptors work with Tesla Superchargers even when a manufacturer gets on boarded!!! So, it's best to use an officially approved/provided adapter once it's avaialbe.

Tesla will open up all the supercharging stations in time. There is too much money to be made especially as the profit margin on their car sales decreases.
