Rear window demister

Mines only half working. Only 7” of screen in the middle of the window clears, the upper and lower half doesn’t - which is odd, as the electrical connection is at the top. Anybody else had this issue?

(or is it some eco mode setting to reduce electrical load that I’ve not been able to find???)

Used my demister a few days ago. It cleared the whole wired area.

Ask the dealer to fix it.
