Over here orange juice is usually in those tetra pak 1 or 2 litre containers ready to drink..with the sugar content..which is why I prefer the squash.

Being on the subject of orange juice I don't know what happened to 'Florida orange juice' here as it seems to have disappeared.

We call it orange juice concentrate if it's not ready to drink.

Florida is still shipping plenty of OJ to us in NY State, so it must be a business choice not to import it on your end of the supply chain.....

Stuffed zucchini
Recipe from B. Albouze/yt

Zucchini stuffed with onion, garlic, shallot, celery, pimento peppers, ricotta, breadcrumbs, crushed tomatoes and seasoned with thyme, salt and black pepper. Topped with chopped parsley, Parmesan, pine nuts and EVOO.

Really good.

With salad, and fresh strawberries for dessert
