Hit squats tonight. Same weight but less reps. Left glute is feeling it already. Left gym and walked a few blocks to ATM to try to stretch things out. Good thing nobody tried to rob me, I would have just given up the wallet

All I did was roll over in my sleep this morning, and my old left hammy injury cramped up like a biatch!!! I just got this morning that the adult soccer league is picking up again. Need to do some stretching at work, pound the water, and eat some more bananas.

Hit a bit of chest and tri before jumping into the pool last night. A guy who works with my wife kept coming by while I was laying on the bench "contemplating" how well I was going to do my next set, and gave me a rashing of shit. Might have stemmed from my previous comment to the effect "that weight ain't going to lift itself"

Speaking of weight, 191 last night. Creeping down a bit again, but still can't clear that plateau of 180-something.

Looking good man. You've really leaned out quite a bit too.

I'm still playing soccer on Sunday, and running once or twice a week with my son. Haven't been to the gym in a while.

Last night I took the first step to sitting on my ass more often on weekends. I'm going to be an AYSO referee mentor instead of referee. Plantar's fasciitis is just killing me, and not getting better. Dr. told me I should take up swimming at my age. . .

Barely. My wife wants to do a powerlifting meet sometime. Would be an excuse to bust my ass for a while. Buddy is lifting this weekend trying to break deadlift record, should do easily. Plans to be over 800 and still a junior.

thank you. reverse diet for a few weeks this year and it sure helped big time. last year i just went full bulk mode right after my cut = put on loads of fats quick. i am at 178.5 today, gona see how i look at 190, 200. will probably stop at 200 at the most. what also helped is, drinking a lot less (once a month), cut off soda completely (coke zero now).

So I listened (a little) to the Dr. and went to the gym to swim last night. Covered about 600yd doing crawl and breast strokes. Did intervals on each stroke, 25, 50, 100, 50, 25 to get to 600. Was disappointed after, the Jacuzzi was about the same temp as the pool.
One good thing, when I left I had some muscle soreness, but no aching in my foot.

Tonight my son has baseball practice, so I'll be X-training on the track.

I'm doing fits and starts and stops. While the weight is staying about the same, it keeps moving from my chest to my belly

New to the thread....but always looking for some good workout tips....hit chest and arms today....hardest part for me is to put on weight without losing definition. I'm 6 foot, 165 but struggle to get above 170 without putting on a lot of fat =/

You will need to be okay with losing some definition to gain muscle. It's part of the muscle building process.
