I've noticed just recently that my battery takes 12 hours to charge from empty (110V charger).
It used be around 8 hours I believe.
Car is a 2020 with 46K miles.

I recently used had my car regularly plugged in overnight to a level 2 charger at a hotel for about a week.
Also had my car plugged in for one day to a charger that was a 'dud', wasn't working.

Wondering if I inadvertently did some damage? Does my battery need some kind of reset?

Before blaming car check output of your outlet. Use any powermeter to see W*h performance of your socket.
