Electrify America (Free Period)

I recently received my iX, which comes with 2 years of free EA charging. My question is when does the 2 years start? I haven't entered the enrollment code yet as I haven't had to use it. If it starts when I received the car, then I may as well enter the enrollment code now. However, if it starts when the enrollment code is entered, then I'll wait until the first day that I actually need to use an Electrify America charger.

Anyone know when the free 2-year period begins?

I am sure mine started on the delivery date. i didn't enter the needed code to start the 2 year free charging until several days later, but the start date for the EA 2 years free charging was based on the delivery date.

Yeah, the two year period starts with the in-service date for the iX. There is no need to wait to use the code, get your account setup now so you're ready when you need it later.

As an update, I just activated the enrollment. The expiration is 2 years from enrollment (not from when the car was delivered). I have a 2024 lease, in case that makes a difference.
