Good Luck.

I remember having to hold my weight last year for my daughter's wedding longer than normal. I was fitted in Feb....and then she was married in May.

Yeah, worried to an extent. My weight fluctuates big time. Need to get to a state where I am content and try to hold it, but don't see that happening. Plan to be more lean for my wedding, so not sure what to do about the suit lol.

First week was rough on my end. Muscles starting to get back in the swing of thing now, a little more than average soreness, but nothing crazy thankfully.

Yeah...I had to hold an extra 20 lbs or so...made me late getting started on my "cut".

I did okay...but the year before I was shredded!!!!!

Garage List
Did a catchup day today, chest, arms and back all in one longer workout. Well, skipped pullup/down cause I was rock climbing last night so those muscles are already shot.

Mines back open 24/7...so I can get my 3:30 am workouts started again.

I have to hurry...supposed to be setting up a beach trip in about 7-8 weeks. Let's see how hard I can get after it!

I hear rumors that my gym will limit the number of people at a time, you have to register for a 1-hour time slot, and you have to leave after 45 minutes so they can clean between groups. Even though I rarely work inside, I prefer the outdoor "muscle beach" I think this is going to SUCK! Unlike SOME people on here, *I* need more than a nap at night to function during the daylight hours.

they can re-open here in California tomorrow- Friday 6/12 but I checked my gym's website (24hr fitness) and the earliest any club appears to be opening is 6/22. I'm in the middle of 3 different counties so I checked gyms in all 3 and 6/22 was the earliest (in IE), with others re-opening on 6/29 (appears to be LA county locations opening later).

I'm annoyed that they haven't been preparing for this and opening their doors on the 1st day allowed by the government- 6/12. Not sure how you can justify this as a business that has been forcibly closed for 3 months, you should be jumping at the opportunity to open your doors on the first day possible!

any other Cali guy's gyms re-opening tomorrow?

legs day was today - and I am about to head to the rock climbing gym for a nice auxiliary workout. Should be fun and tiring.

Our gym is pretty much 100% capacity right now and they suspended dues while they were closed.

no of course not, haven't paid since March. but they sent an email saying they will either refund that 1 month amount or I can get a 3-month guest pass for someone else or 1 year buddy pass (guest must come in and workout with you) plus you can now go to any location regardless of your membership level.

i chose the 3-month guest pass since my bro is home from school for the summer since they are closed.

you should have gotten an email from them... if not then go to the 24hr website and create a login using your check-in phone number.

I have a year long membership at my gym. When they closed down, they basically said they will extend your membership for the amount of time they were shut down. So worked out pretty well for me.

Lifted back/tri last night and legs this morning. Tomorrow will be shoulders/biceps. Leaning out more and more for pictures on Monday. Prolly not eating much this weekend, sigh.
