Front Bumper Replacement

Was wondering how much it would cost me to buy a new front bumper. I'm assuming I would also have to have it painted. The car is protonic blue. Any ideas around how much it would run me for the bumper, labor & etc?

There are tons of these on eBay

Labor and paint would be determined by a body shop but if paying out of pocket you could possibly get this all done for $1000 or so if you pick up a used one locally.

It will be more if you need the whole bumper vs a bumper cover.
