Does anyone know what the fan under the hood towards the front of the car (where the radiator would normally be) is meant to cool? I'm confused because the engine is a the back. Thank you.

How about the electric engine, power converters, charger, etc.?

There are 2 radiators in the front from memory. Therefore the front fan cools everything, both electric and ICE - there are coolant lines that run from back to front.
