How many days it took for your status to be updated "At port" once its dispatched from factory?

I think 3 days? Less than a week. Similar wait at port though that's a combo of luck and being in ATL with a major port at Brunswick.

Still in QC. I call BMWG every few days to see if they see anything different. Answer is always the same "we are sorry... no red flags... should be any day now..." My SA says a version of the same.

I ordered my ix50 on 7/28/22. Finally got the production number but can’t track it. Every time I try to add vehicle in my garage I get “mygarage is temporary unvaiailable” or the sort.
Good thing is that their web site glitches should not affect the actual production schedule.

We have similar timelines. Ours is at port from last 4 days now. Has to come to US west coast in California.

Don’t know how to find that. Does California has multiple ports they ship to, or they all end up in Hueneme?

My car arrived in Bremerhaven on Sept 16 and as of today it's still showing "at the port". These are NYK schedule for Port Hueneme. Hoping mine is on Atlas Leader or Guardian Leader.

Just to set expectations, most I've heard of are taking 3-5 weeks from port to in-transit, if you can get to port. It depends on the destination though.

Heard the same. Genius told me that Bremerhaven is also getting a lot of shipments bound for Ukraine. So those get prioritized…

No, Baltimore.

The Orion Highway left Bremerhaven 9/25 with an ETA to Baltimore on 10/6. Maybe a couple extra days at port if you just missed the ship.

I put an order in at the local BMW dealership back in April as #3 in line for their production slots, and as far as I can tell they still haven't been given a production date. That or I could soon get a call telling me that car is here (I doubt it, they said they'd contact me when it was scheduled).

Really just depends on the dealership and what slots they get.

Depends how many people are ahead of you on your local dealer's wait list. Every month each local dealer receives an unknown number of allocations from BMW. Once you get an allocation you will get a production number.

I received my production number two months before production began. Once production starts it's a 6-8 week wait. At least a 4 month wait from the time you get an allocation.

If you are in a hurry it's faster to use a broker like Day Laborer.
