I8 shows ‘engine level below minimum’
I was driving back to New York from connecticut for a friends wedding and a light went on that ‘engine oil is below minimum’
The bmw service centers are closed Sundays and I would need a loaner regardless. I cant take it to a regular mechanic as they likely would not even know where to put oil into an i8 How dangerous is it to continue to drive? I feel very idle not driving anywhere. How long can one drive with engine oil below minimum and what are the dangers? |

Very user friendly and the oil cap is right on top. Your owners manual is your friend. |
