Turbo Cord Died ?!?!

Anyone have a Turbo Cord crap out on them? Car was charging via turbo cord last night. Wasnt fully charged this morning only about 1/3 full. The indicator light on the turbo cord plug was blinking red & blue, no lights on the car plug port. Unplug everything and plugged back in, same blinking red & blue light.

I have seen one of the adapters fail from 220v to 110v. Never seen the cord itself fail. That doesn’t mean it’s not possible. FYI, the cord would be covered under warranty of the car

Yeah we think the 120-240 adapter failed, its sealed with fuse(s) inside. The cord still worked in 120 mode, my 240v outlet measured voltage accurately.
They shipped out a new adapter under warranty. Hopefully its not a regular occurrence.

I unplug the wall unit after each charging, because I am always looking to reduce trickle wasted energy, perhaps should just leave the unit plugged in? Apparently 240v outlets dont like you unplugging so often.

New 120-240 adapter showed up, Turbo Cord is working again. Did verify the old adapter was dead dead, plugged in just the adapter and got no voltage readings through it. Really hope it doesnt happen again.

I am having the same issue. Where did you find a replacement 120-240 adapter?
