BMW Download Manager stops at 15%

Hi all,

For the last 3 weeks I'm trying to download Europe EVO 2023-1 Map Update using BMW Download Manager but getting stuck at 15%

Tried to use Mac & Windows but same issue

Any ideas?

Contact BMW the will arrange a fee update at the dealers had this happen before.
