"Appreciable" is in the eye of the beholder; or maybe the seat of the pants of the driver. You will notice a difference. Whether it pops your senses is something you need to try for yourself. "One experiment is worth a thousand expert opinions"...
Agree that 3.5 0-60 vs. 4.0 sec 0-60 is not what really matters.

There's a difference where Stage 1 feels like a more aggressive stock tune. Pat's Tune feels like it pushes you into the seat more as you accelerate. It was noted during Dyno testing. I also noticed a slight difference in the 0-60 G-force graph between the two tunes.
