I watched Hellboy 1 and 2 this afternoon to get in the mood for this....hopefully I won't be let down.

It definitely a reboot. Not sure why. I personally liked del Toro's take on the franchise. This hellboy doesnt give off the endearing quality Ron Perlman gave off.

A saw the pics of the previous hellboy and this one side by side a few weeks ago without knowing a new hellboy movie was coming out and thought someone was bored and was just making fun of Pearlman. Then I saw the preview of the movie in theaters at Christmas and I couldn’t believe this stupid ass look was approved by so many higher ups at the studio.
