I wish deals like these were available in Canada. Would have taken this over weeks ago. Good luck OP.

Múltiple security deposits.

They're fully refundable deposits at the end of the lease if you make all your payments on time.

Perk- it's 7K you get back for being responsible, which helps bring your monthly payment way down. Think of it as a "refundable down payment"

Con- you need to have 7K to put down from the get go (which if you're looking into an i8 should be no issue)

Another con- if you chose to give up your lease for transfer as OP is- the MSDs do not go back to you, they go back to whomevers name is on the lease contract - so you have to make arrangements with whoever is taking over the lease, unless you're ok with letting go of the MSD completely.

Thx bro...you are entirely correct

Car still available- I’ve become a bit picky about answering pm’s since a few folks have wasted my time

Car is perfect with 1100 miles and 19 months to go once transferee takes it

People are seriously letting an amazing deal pass them up.

I'm almost tempted to get yours and just have a coupe AND a roadster!

WAKE UP PEOPLE. This is hands down the best deal on the west coast!

Yeah and it’s an excellent spec...I picked this car carefully.

Truth be told, I’ve been dragging my feet about getting rid of it since it’s just so badass. It will go very quickly if I put on swapalease I’m sure

I just looked on swapalease just for kicks. This is much better than any of the deals posted there.

Also I would much rather buy/assume from someone here on bimmerpost. Seems like folks here take better than average care of their cars.
