Well not sure but it looks like theirs a tuner that has unlocked the real performance mode out of the 60ah battery i3 and not just the 94ah. I'll post back with more info when I get it !

Hated that they did that. They replaced the motor mount bolt and detuned the original oomph it had. Now with the i3S and new bolts they used I'm not worried. As far as the splines, parts are cheap enough if I get into problems I can replace rather cheaply. Gotta pay to play. Also no sure how much HP they added. If it's the same as the i3S then what are we worried about ? They all have the same parts Also if I need to make custom stronger parts it gives me a project Either way should be fine. . |

Is it really just making the i3 into an i3 S though? Have a hard time believing they've wrote new battery & motor management software to pump more juice.
