Does the i8 have a cold weather package?

I live in Michigan. 'Nuff said.

I'm looking for heated seats, heated steering wheel, rear defrost. Haven't been able to find this as on option for the i8 on the BMW web site.

Any info out there?

Thanks!

Heated seats and rear window defroster are standard, no heated steering wheel though.

Remotely precondition the i8, and all will be warm and toasty

Yes, that's what I do in Chicago.....when I drive it during this winter which is not happening too often. No heated steering wheel was a surprise initially though, same with no comfort access for the doors.

What does "no comfort access for the doors" mean? Not familiar with that terminology. Thanks!

Unlocking the doors without getting the key out of your pocket.
