Brand New M5 Wrecked!!

Was passing by a bodyshop and I saw this, a silver M5 completely totalled.. beyond repair.. I couldn't believe my own eyes, whoever owns this car if your on the forums please fill us in on what happened. Poor M5

Hopefully the driver of that car was okay. I noticed the cabin didn't seem to be affected. This is one reason why it's hard to justify replacing the metal hood for a CF one. The steel absorbs some of the impact as it's part of the crumple zone.

steel? isnt it made of aluminum? arent all the panels made of aluminum?

Hahahaha. So there is where the e92 saved the 22 lbs that made it lighter than the E90 SEDAN! Incredible.
