My wife has an XC60 T6. Other than some electronic stuff, it is a great car. Powertrain is outstanding and really comfortable seats with plenty of room for cargo.

Apart from the infotainment system (and granted, this was quite a few years ago), the XC60 pleasantly took me by surprise. Handled great, very comfortable seats and some nice get up and go for a 4-cylinder.

She's been in love so far, and I enjoy driving it, I hated her Mazda as a driver's car lol.

I'm already pretty used to the infotainment system, but the Google Nav surprisingly sucks. It's also crap that Apple Maps can't go full screen. That's our only issue so far.

It's AWD with the T6 twin-screw (s/c'd & turbo'd), so it's got great pickup. I think it's 306hp/295lbtq

Thank you! It hard to say because I kinda de-hyped myself prior to test driving and buying the car. I spent weeks watching videos and reviews and one review that really stuck to me was about how Larry Chen spoke about how mundane the R32 was to drive and how it felt like an Altima so I got there with pretty low expectations. Even on stock wheels and pretty basic tires, the car felt extremely solid and planted. It felt great on the twisties. On paper it has 276 horsepower but that's a bold face lie and some examples have up to 300+ horsepower so it's on par with modern family sedans . It's definitely not the fastest car in the world but I fell in love again with my childhood hero after driving it so in my mind, it does definitely live up to the hype.

I traded-in a 70-300L lens for one of these and then I hardly ever used it. I used to use the 70-300L all the time. The 2.8 is fast, but I missed the extra 100mm reach. But everyone's needs are different. I hope you really like yours. It is a great lens.

Two of these. One for the TV/Apple TV box/Eufy Homebase in the living room and one for my PoE switch and wifi node in the garage. We've been experiencing short but repeated power blips and they wreak havoc on the network and Homekit setup. Hopefully by keeping the network running despite the blips, things won't go south so often.

I've been meaning look into these. While outages aren't really common for me it's annoying how long it takes for some of the "smart" things to be smart again once the power is restored.

Like our cars, there are simply some tools that a pro needs in the kit. I'm mainly a prime lens guy with 50L, 85LIS and 100MacroLIS but the 16-35/4LIS and 70-200/2.8L of any variation is essential. Have you thought about adding a teleconverter to your kit?

I have both the 1.4x and 2x converters. I also have the 100-400L II, which is a great lens.

Is that the 600VA? I've been thinking about getting one. This just might make me pull the trigger.
