Ok, here's one:

met a guy at yogurtland. Totally put together, nice ride (but mine is better)- deal breaker- not yet.

On the first date, he asks what I do(career), then has the NERVE to ask me to refill his prescription medications!! I entertained him and asked what he is taking............................................ .................................................. .......

3 anti-psychotic meds- went to the bathroom and left through the emergency exit in the back.

I'm back on the dating apps, and feel a little guilty. I went on a date with a latina chick. Smoking body, a year younger than me, super nice, hard worker, but it's clear that there is a language barrier. I'm going on a second date just to see if maybe being nervous made it a bit harder for her since English isn't her first language, but I did feel that it impacted the connection a bit. I'm usually good at understanding people with accents, as the running joke at work is calling my team the united nations, since we have people from all different backgrounds, but this has been a tough one for me and something I never expected.

Welcome! From what I saw of your car in the "Look at what I'm growing" thread....you're most likely always going to have the issue of "my car is nicer than yours"....damn. Nice ride btw.

So you asked what he was taking and didn't actually see the script? I see two possible scenarios. 1.) He was messing with you. Honestly, I probably would have done the same just to see your reaction. 2.) He was serious. I highly doubt this as he would not have been so flippant about what he was taking. I would have thrown valtrax in that list too. You walked away too fast. You had either a really quick witted, funny guy on your hands or a complete idiot. I suppose in this situation, walking was the right thing to do as not worth the gamble.

I do, however; think that you should have given him another few minutes. I feel like the punch-line was on it's way. (i.e. When people make comments like "You look so familiar" I usually reply with "I'm on the radio" (people have no clue how to take that) or "Do you watch a lot of porn?"

I agree with KR, I think this guy probably has a dry, sarcastic sense of humor and was messing with you. I'm this way and I find it to be a great ice breaker. If they get the joke then we'll get on well, and if not at least I got a laugh out of it. I like fucking with people, but never in a mean-spirited way. It's a great filtering mechanism. I once told someone I had just met, in a deadpan tone, that I was a grey alien masquerading as a human and would like to create a race of hybrid beings with her and rule earth.

She got the joke. Her name was Magda, she was from Poland IIRC. She ended up being my date for New Year's Eve Y2K. This is when I lived in Northern Virginia. I scooped her up in the E30, drove into DC and watched the midnight fireworks on the mall. The Washington memorial had scaffolding on it at the time, so they rigged fireworks up and down the scaffolding. I haven't enslaved the planet (yet). Good times.
