as i am in the process of buying a new car, i can say that in the multiple test drives of the gv80, i havent had an issue hitting the gas when im trying to brake.

What it looks like is he was already speeding and not paying attention, came up on the curve, panicked and mashed pedals. Or realized he was gonna crash and just yeeted that bish like a boss

Prior history is information only. You having a prior DUI, for example, only comes into play if I arrest you for another DUI and want to stack charges. Sometimes I miss the job. I sometimes couldn't get out of my own way, the Crowns (prosecutor) often loved me and sometimes hated me. I had a couple of expressions that I like to say at case conferences, 1) plead guilty or we withdraw 2) lets make some caselaw...clearly its the rum talking.

I think the posted speed limit was 45mph. He was doing about 85mph (82-87), so that's 40 mph over, not 65 mph over. With all the speculation we experts are dispensing, why are you exaggerating over something that can easily calculated from the few facts available?

He was referring to the story he quoted about going 115mph and getting off with a warning.
