Potato cauliflower pea curry

Recipe from Kabita’s Kitchen on YouTube.

Only one word needed to describe this: wow.

Garnished with mint chutney and mixed vegetable pickle, not pictured.

Fresh whole spices are the game changer for this vegetarian curry. The standout spice is cinnamon, used in whole form. Whole black cardamom is a close second in the symphony of flavor. My favorite Indian dish at the moment.

This wasn't my dinner per se, but before dinner. I was surprised how good this particular canned cold brew coffee was. The coffee used reminded me a bit of Peaberry type coffee beans I've had from Hawaii.

Smoked a rib eye with oak in the Traeger for 1hour 15min, then seared it. Did up a baked potato and then some simple steamed broccoli. Was outrageous! Amazing flavor.
