The first thing to comes to mind is the regular battery may be flat or dead. Did you plug the charger in to see if that makes a difference? You may need to replace the battery, not referring to the hybrid batteries.

My 2016 died my issue was the battery safety module in the battery box. It died and then killed 3/6 cells. It was all replaced under the battery warranty so you should be covered also.

Nothing much car has a crash code which shuts down the car and put it into a safe mode disabling the reme module but it was never crashed..still looking to see if I get it sorted
