Get a Tata. Can be flipped just by sneezing in its general direction.

A puddle of tears from the i8.

Green paint on passenger side means he plowed into the fence and then down over the wall. To be the passenger on this ride. Izquierda! Izquierda!

Mercedes SLS doors blew of in case of rolling. Honestly that looks really bad. What if the car is on fire and you cant open the door... don't like this at all...

Then again it seems in some pics that the doors open just wide enough to let you through.

Just carry a glass break hammer, it's pretty easy to get out.

Has anyone found the control that the driver lost?

BMW will with its insurance.

However he can forget ever being able to review another BMW/BMWi car accordingly!

Damnit Patrick.
You know, after reading everything about that day, Patrick was thrown out because he leaked a memo about the Camaro's specs.

Apparently, the majority did not want Patrick at the event.

Then, Patrick crashed the car and made it worse:

Did anyone stop to think if GM rigged Patrick's car to crash as a means to embarrass him for the leaked memo?

Unlikely to be a Conspiracy. Rigging a car? How do you think that would play out if he were injured or killed. The world isn't a giant James Bond conspiracy.

He entered that corner way too hot, the tires were complaining from the turn-in. And he was doing the same thing in the previous corners. He just ran out of skill (probably about the time he started the engine).

I own no garage queens. If it's in my driveway, it's been ridden hard and put away wet. ...and now, with a light crust of Maine road salt.

The driver drove off the coned-off course, taking out a section of fence on the right, flipping the i8 onto its roof, onto a parallel road below.

Break the windows -- why do you think track events require cars to run with windows down even in the rain?? If you can't break them from the inside, then wait for someone to help you from the outside.
Really? Track events require windows down? Is their enough aerodynamic drag with the windows down that it can affect the outcome of the race?

Yeah i think he's talking about small local track events.

Because anywhere i have ever raced, including running the 1320 1/4 mile, officials require the windows be up for proactive safety reasons.

Aerodynamics a slight byproduct.

HAHA very well said! i8's centre of gravity is top notch - you have to do something wild to flip off on it's roof!

Patrick needs to work on his hand positioning. It is really horrible.
