Lost 2019 bmw i3 fob, options to replace?

Is the dealer the only place to get a replacement? My bro lost his fob he has the key local place wants like $500

Pacific BMW in Glendale CA has been known for offering fair prices on online parts. Not sure a key though can be ordered without being there in person.

I had to order a fob for a 2005 330 ZHP back in the day. It was $350 and shipped from Germany. That might just be the price now.

Did he lose both fobs? The car is delivered with two. If its a lease return issue, it might be cheaper to let BMW just bill you for the missing fob.
