BMW Connected App Not Working

Wondering if others are having problems with the BMW Connected App in the U.S. My app lost the registration of my car, and when I try to add it again, I get an error message.

Same happened to me, since yesterday. Also lost Apple Carplay.

I just contacted bmw and they say they're doing a migration and many customers are without service. The lady was surly and condescending, she was annoyed when I asked if there was a way to get CarPlay back. Geez. Just asking.
