BIMMERPOST NEWS
BMW i8 iTron Previewed by German Special Customs

To most, the BMW i8 already features a highly stylized modern design, but German Special Customs, a designer of aftermarket exteriors and interiors, thinks that they can do better. They've released these renderings of their planned "iTron" kit for the i8.

I think the point of the i8 is to reduce aerodynamic drag as much as possible...but to each his own.

functional or not, this is great to see the aftermarket is taking the i8 to the next level to let owners individualize them more than just wheels.

Yeah! I love all of them!! I don't care for the size of the rims though. Just a little too large. Other than that, damned awesome!!!

I'm meh on these renderings, I love the i8 so much and I'm really excited to see what alpina, hamann, longtran or IND pull off with one. I heard (???)that Alpina looked at it but thought it would be too technically challenging.

Not gonna lie, I think these look absolutely sick. I'd be all over this if I had an i8.

Sometimes I think the i8 has a bit of that exploding knife factory look, but so do Lamborghini's and the Stingray.

My vote is for the black one as well. Almost has that futuristic batmobile look.
Maybe they need to use it for the next batman
