Pieced popped off i8

Ok, I parked the car this morning and noticed a piece of the car had popped out, luckily it stayed in the car and I was able to pop it back in. I took a pic of the part of the car. Is this normal? Should I call my dealer and have them glue it in?

I texted my dealer, it's the tow hook, suppose to pop out.
