We are trying Okeechobee Steakhouse in West Palm tonight. Odd we have never been there but we’ll fix that tonight. Anyone been there?

I lived in the WPB area for many, many years, but that was 20 years ago. I used to go there a lot. At that time it was excellent! Service was over the top and you ate free on your birthday. I used to go to another on Forest Hill Blvd called Beefeeders which was even better, but no clue of it exists still. Let me know how it is after 20 years! 🤔 < Looked up Beefeeders (wierd spelling, but correct), permanently closed.

Will do. I have high hopes for it and apparently they still do the birthday thing. The have a butcher shop now too, which is think is relatively new.

Was the Beefeeders in the old Wellington mall (Forest Hill almost to Southern)? I never tried it and know it’s closed now, which is too bad because if that was the one since it was about 10 minutes away.

It was a couple blocks west of Congress on the south side of Forest Hill. A big stand alone building at that time

Okeechobee Steakhouse was great. Decor could use some updating but food and service were both excellent.
