I would think they will have a V8 version which is pure gasoline engine like the new 7. I cannot see BMW offering the V8 on the 7 and not on the 5, but you never know these days with BMW!

It doesn't seem to have split headlights or they are covered on these pictures. Also grill doesn't seem too large.

I don't mind the gloss black, in general. But I hope the new 7 isn't too much an indicator. Maybe I'll love it in person, but the new 7 doesn't do much for me. It almost has the profile of a 4 door Dodge Challenger.

Speaking of the 7 series, i watched a YT video the other day doing a review. Lots of gimmicky things, but one thing i really did not like is there are ZERO physical buttons.
You have to do everything via touch screen or I Drive 8.
I hope they dont do that with the G60.

I have a touchscreen in my S-Class and a touchpad in my GLE. Do I prefer the touchpad over the screen? Yes, that being said, its far from a deal breaker. As long as the infotainment is logical and usable, I am fine with touchscreens.

It won't be a fad, most brand surveys find that people want touchscreens.
