My Bird Day is in November. I must confess though, as much as I love to cook, I've never cooked a turkey. I have this paranoia about screwing it up and all anyone will remember is how bad my turkey was for Thanksgiving.

You should give it a try. I'll bet it would turn out great. Especially if you're an experienced cook.
