Android Auto MMi Box

I bought an i3 2017 recently and i've just discovered that it has a working MMI box installed giving CarPlay and Android Auto. However, the reversing camera that is attached to it has stopped working - there is no signal. Sticker on the MMi box says, "ENB2101LC-G" 1. Can anyone ID this MMI box? 2. How do I update it? 2.
