I'll find you the ingredients you need and can go fetch tomorrow, right now i have to go to sleep, since even my dogs left me.

I think these two colds just got me a Californian king bed just for me. That's a good thing, but man, i am pathetic while sick.

Just some rain here. Nothing else. I laughed at the people in the grocery stores last night buying all the bread and water.

We barely got any rain in Beaumont. People were freaking out like we Harvey was heading towards us. On a side note I haven’t gotten much sleep due to our 5 day old baby and I’m still waiting on my car to come in. Thanks to Harvey car is still on the ship anchored down somewhere in the Gulf, waiting on port of Galveston to re open.

Well, they were probably very smart. Flooding in central Texas right now is horrendous. Even in Austin, they are sandbagging creeks and rivers. The Colorado River is up 10 feet. And the rain is not supposed to stop for 4 or 5 more days. Could be very, very bad.

As long as you don't lose power and can still post all is good.

There are currently almost 500,000 without power. Ours has fluctuated a few times but we still have it.

You need a generator to make sure you can still be live on BP.

I saw them sandbagging Shoal Creek right there on Lamar and 11th. But that area always floods. It's currently 7:30am on Sunday morning. Is the worst yet to come?

That flooding looks really awful and it's still raining. Really hope it moves on to stop adding to the problem and let recovery begin but it sounds like it will hang around for days. I expect this will be one of the most (if not the most) expensive storms in terms of property damage. Water damage is really bad.

Hope everyone is ok. Property can be replaced.

I lived in Houston for about 3 years and saw flooding from simple storms.
Houston, basically, sits in a bowl.
East side is still getting hammered. The bayou snakes all over, no pun intended, the city, so it's flooded everywhere. Huge number of sub-parking garages too.

Not sure what u guys have there, but it took me years to get off those nasal sprays. They are addictive, in a sense that u cannot breathe without them. But you have to get off. I couldn't sleep without one either, and have some issues now but glad that I quit using that garbage. It was pretty easy too, don't have to just stop, but internet method worked.....even doctor couldn't help me

Watching on TV. I know they always show the worst of the worst but Houston looks really bad. They just showed some idiot in a white pickup who tried to drive through water that was clearly too high and had to climb out the window. Then he seems to try to push and pull the pickup while swimming to stop it from floating away. Situation is bad enough without self-inflicted problems.
