I started using sleeves on a regular basis a few months ago. Should have started doing it sooner as I love them, but I always seem to be "late to the party" with these things.

I remember going for years without even using a belt during squats.

I try to use sleeves every other week that way I don't feel like I have to rely on them all the time

Ate an outrageous amount of food Sunday, just way too much. Wasn't hungry the majority of the day yesterday so I didn't really eat much. Only a protein bar prior to the gym at 3pm. Had the most ridiculous pump during shoulder and bicep day, from my shoulders down to my forearms felt like they were going to explode. It was awesome and painful haha. Guess that makes sense since I ate nonestop for 12 hours Sunday lol.

Travel always puts a damper on my routine. Takes a day or so to get my head back into the heavy weight game since cardio usually will take precedence on travel due to the lack of equipment. I'll feel small after a week of not being in a real gym. Just have to get back in there and get after it.

I'm not one for wasting time, so I'll usually use that same logic for my workouts. I'll get half pissed off If I am not pushing myself. When you workout alone there is no one to blame but yourself if your workouts aren't up to par. Keep after it amigo!

The other thing with traveling is that your diet gets completely fooked.

I'm sort of cheap and [obviously] health-conscious so I resent airport food. Everything is super expensive and unhealthy in airports, so I just roll with a Starbucks egg white wrap and a plain bagel. Much cheaper and healthier than eating the other garbage. But at the same time its low on calories and protein.

Hitting the nail on the head. Diet is such a pain in the ass while on travel. For longer periods of time I'll try to get a room w/ a kitchen of some sort and actually get to the grocery store. For my typical week long trips you're absolutely right it's difficult to find some healthy options. Although on travel I tend not to snack at all so I'll be a little more lenient with my meals. My go tos are chipotle, chinese, jersey mikes/jimmy johns, and gas stations like wawa where I can load up on protein bars and water. Fact of the matter is it's damn near impossible to be strict, make do with what you can haha

I feel the same. Unless you're prepping for a contest.... A week of not being at 100% on your diet game isn't going to hurt you.

I also feel that if your in decent shape, you can maintain and still make progress even just keeping up with about 80% of your diet. Worst thing is you gain some water weight that will come off pretty easily.

Honestly I overeat a little as I lose weight too easily. I try to make sensible choices, but if I'm being entertained.....I am not going to offend my host.

I've seen people who will haul containers of food into places because they feel one meal will make or break them....and that just isn't the case in my opinion.

Life is way too short to be that self-centered unless of course you are dealing with a medical issue that requires you to eat a certain way!

At least you have a legit reason.

I've been hungover all day. Probably puked 10 times last night. Why do I do this to myself.

If you are rigorous enough the shoulder can get a nice workout as well.
