The i3 is like the Tardis....bigger on the inside than the outside
The shape is designed to maximise interior space, unlike the i8. Great decision for the i3. |

If you put it that way, the i3 does possess a small exterior for such a roomy cabin. However, it's not quite as svelte as the i8 (I know, the i3 is not meant to be a sports car... but I have to say it's rather torquey and could probably give many cars a run for their money on a stretch of city block). By the way your bio concept is working well for my i8. Whenever I leave a six pack of Beck's and some sauerbraten in the trunk, the throttle blips start piping in even when driven in electric mode! |

Don't get me wrong, the interior is much nicer, but I think the throttle and steering are way to touchy, the car bounces more than it should, and doesn't match my Leaf in potential electric only range. Hmmmmm.... |
