Throwing a feeler out for a new i4 M50.

Want the car, but I'm getting tired of waiting. I need an EV for my business, so I'm considering getting a used Taycan 4S if I can get something reasonable (can't rely on rentals for too long).

BSM on Oyster. It's affected by the stop sale and currently at VPC (not sure when it'll hit, but my guess is somewhere around March). It's been at VPC since November

Assuming I go through on a Taycan....my deposit on the i4 is $1000. Basically would like to get that back; not sure what the implications are with dealer, but I can discuss with my SA should I proceed with this.

I ran the deal through Costco, so I am getting a slight discount on this one (I think ~3%). Dealer won't do any ADM, and I'll work to facilitate the transfer myself.

Drove Taycan. Still unsure on what to do...but I do still like this car a bit more...sigh

You can't sell a car that you don't own.
Nor can you do anything to transfer the build to someone else -- that's for the dealer to do.
Best-case scenario is that the dealer will refund your $1k deposit (even though by now it must officially nonrefundable) since the dealer can offer the car to someone on the waiting list at MSRP or just wait for someone to buy it from the automatically populated public listing.
