I wondered for a while why Jay Leno did not do a review of one in his Leno's Garage program..

No worries and Auto Express said to borrow the M1 for the day and to use it on the track cost them a lot of money Lol

You guys are a tough crowd. There are dozens of vids to learn anything about the i8. The point is to see it there with the car that inspired it to an extent. It is good to see them side by side. Something different for once!

I agree. I found the video interesting.

I've had my i8 for 2 weeks now. I still haven't see any other i8s on the streets. Back in about May BMW was running a fleet of them every day by my house, on Mulholland Highway, from Santa Monica. Those are the only i8s I've seen other than mine and two on the showroom floor of Exotic Euro Motors in Woodland Hills (each with a list price of $125K over MSRP).
