I'm in..... but it will take me a couple days to get there

I used to run the Crest on my R1 early in the morning then head out and hit Palomar Mtn and Montezuma Grade for a full day of riding

Miss those days

sure ill check it out! i usually have two routes, first i go all the way through to the tunnel, and then i come back down make a right on tujunga and take "the loop" all the way around, or take "the loop" on the way up and go to the tunnel from there.

i'm thinking of ending our canyon carvers meet at newcombs, so i'd probably want to start as far west as possible, then go to the tunnel for pictures, then come down to newcombs.

in any case, i just want to make sure none of the roads are closed...although things can change between now and next month.

if my wife ends up hanging out w/ my in-laws and doesn't need me, then i'll come and join you. where are you planning to meet at? if i go this weekend, i'll probably run my i8

yea we usually go past newcombs, if you wanna start west then probably do the "angeles loop" if you google that or youtube it you will have some good stuff come up. I liked running the loop from west to east and then getting back onto ACH, although it was easy to miss the right turn to get back onto Tujunga, ive missed it twice while driving it, just having too much fun. lol

We usually meet on top of the parking structure right past the Shell Gas station. Should be there around 10-10:15 this Saturday.

Hey this sounds like fun, I'll go if it's still on. Is this the parking structure I need to be at?
