Ryan and Flemington BMW

Not sure if this is the right place for this post, figure since it is a dealership, then people in the local forum should know about it..

Just wanted to give a +1 to Ryan and Flemington BMW.

End to end, a great car buying experience. Ryan is great, he knows not only the product he is selling, but all of the competition, and is not one of those guys who will try to play up the BMW angle on every aspect of a car, he understands and accepts that other brands have strengths in certain areas, and sells the BMW strengths well. Going into this, I was not a BMW person; I was just looking for a new car.

It wasn't just Ryan though, the whole center teamed up to help me make my decision and get me in the drivers seat. I first drove with Ryan in an xi, and then, closer to the decision point, drove with one of the other CA's in an M3 and a 135i. Then, I visited Ryan to work the numbers and made my decision. Ryan helped me work out the color combo, and I am very happy with the results. The CR and gray poplar work well together, and of course, the red and white are a great combo. Ryan also didn't try to push options and extras either..

Where I think Ryan really earned his money was in the post sale/pre-delivery phase, you know that phase, when we are on ship tracking websites, calling BMWNA to find out where our car is, etc... Ryan was responsive to my many inquiries, and he was sympathetic to my anticipation of the new arrival. I told Ryan to make sure the center didn't do the new car prep, and to leave off the front license plate bracket, both of which were followed, of course.

I think where it gets best is the day my car was on the truck, Ryan and I talked, and he told me that it would be better if we didn’t' try to schedule pickup that day, but the next. Not knowing exactly what time the car would get unloaded, and of course juggling a busy delivery schedule, he thought it best for me to wait until the next day. That night, I see a post on e90post.com indicating BMW had 0.9% financing available on 3's.. I e-mailed Ryan late that night, and he responded back to me with a phone call the next morning saying that I just saved about 5 grand in interest! Now that is a call I will take any day.

Delivery went smooth as silk. The car was as I ordered it, had the dust of rail and ship transport on it as I requested, and all the tape/plastic seat coverings too. Ryan taught me how to pair up my BB Titanium and use other idrive features, and overall, did a great job getting me in the car an on my way.

I love the car.. my review can be found at:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...97#post3008797

Is it perfect? no, but it is pretty damn close, and all in all, I think I got a great value. Good deal, great financing, great car, great experience.

If you are within driving distance to Flemington, NJ (08822) you should check Ryan and Flemington BMW out. I used to work there a long time ago (about 15 years), and the place hasn't changed other than the new building - the customer is treated with respect - you don't get the typical stealer experience, the prices are very competitive, and overall, it's a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Ryan gets his 5's..

Don't all BMW dealerships offer free car washes?

Nope
We have a brushless car wash at out delarship. The owners paid good money to have it put it so our BMW customers could wash their car for free as much and anytime the dealership is open for free. It is actually built in as part of the delaership and is not a seperate utside company running it. The detail guys basically run it for us.

That's actually a cool thing to have. I'm sick of BMW dealerships using dirty old towels to wash our cars with. One dealership left huge swirl marks on my trunklid.

I'm looking for a center that will service my M3 when the time comes (less than two weeks) but I want to make sure that the service department knows not to change the DCT fluid.

Thumbs up Ryan is an Awesome guy, and a great salesman !!

I brought my 325i to Ryan last year, and had the DINAN Mods done ( He's a Dinan rep )

The car runs great, and the service was fantastic.

The guys at the dealership are really great !!

Very helpful, and friendly.

Joe, the service manager is top notch too !!

I recommend Flemington BMW highly

If your looking for a car ( or DINAN Mods to go with it )

Give Ryan a call
