SBSR 991a & 991d errors

I have both of these codes SBSR 991a & 991d. I tried to clear them with INPA and ISTA+ . I tried to do the BST bypass by soldering a 2 ohm 2 watt resistor to the black wire coming off the BST and then clearing the codes but they came back. I cleared the codes and then installed a Passenger Seat Occupancy Mat Bypass Emulator but the codes came back. Does anyone know what these codes are and how to get rid of them? Thanks
