Seeing the growing demand of BMW electric vehicles in these crazy times of high gas prices.

I've compiled a list to help the community.

I tried to make it easy to sort it by the highest number of packages, to the least

I'll try to update the list, when I can - these are left over 2022 pre-orders that have been marked unsold by the dealer.

I provide a broker service, where I can verify availability, pricing, and dealership terms/requirements upon inquiry by ID number- and if you want to purchase, I can arrange to have the dealership contact you to finalize financing/purchase process

Imagine someone thinking they are going to save gas money by buying a new car $10k over MSRP.

Somewhat unrelated, but you reminded me of the top gear episode where clarkson nicely drives an E90 M3 around the track while a Prius was at full tilt trying to keep up. The M3 got better mileage

I see your point, but aren't gas powered cars marked up $10k as well?

I don't remember the last time BMW had so much interest in their cars where people were willing to wait 1+ years. I'm not taking about getting an allocation, building a factory order and waiting for it to be delivered. These are no allocations and a place on the long list of people waiting for one.

And from what I'm seeing, there is significantly more interest in the iX than there is i4.

I've bought 2 new cars in the last 9 months. My daily Subaru 1k under msrp and my m4 at msrp. I live in north jersey for reference. These markups are borderline criminal.

My comment was about someone buying a "new car." That's a pretty wide net Phoenix.

Imagine someone buying a new gas car at $10k over MSRP. And also spending money on high price gas being propelled forward and heighten tax penalties for three years, just buying that specific gas car.

Se it goes both ways :-)

Yes we're shifting towards an EV future but I thought BMW was so behind in EVs that these would be DOA?

At the end of the day, despite what many think an EV should have, BMW has a product that has appealed to many despite all the negative comments regarding these generation of BMWi vehicles.

Well done BMW. I would get an i4 if I didn't have to wait 1+ year for one.

I think a lot of the negative comments are from people who haven't driven the i4 or the iX. They are really good, especially for their price points. Better interiors than comparable Tesla's and similar range and performance. After seeing the iX in person, I was less put off by the grill and have an allocation for an iX M60 that is week 28 production. Overall a solid product.
