Also one of my favorite reviewers. To be fair though, this video isnt a fair comparison because the EQE SUV is the one that will be the closest competition to the ix, and that is also the only one that isn't yet available for review. I am sure he will test drive one when its available in 2023, and then will provide a more informed comparison

I actually think the EQS suv he compared to the iX is correct. EQE will be in the X5/5 Series and GLE/E-Class category. iX and EQS are in the same league, IMO.

I love this reviewer...his honesty, accent, candor, sneaks a little humour in and is very precise and impartial.

Thomas is awesome! I've been subscribed to Autogefühl for many years and always look forward to his in-depth reviews and humorous quips as others have said.

He used to always start his videos with "...in full HD, full screen, and full length, let's go!" which always set the scene for a great video!

Can't stand that Schmee bloke, or Doug Demuro lol.

The iX is growing on me, BTW. When it was first released I found it fugly. But now, it's just a bit... challenging, I guess. I also sat in one at my local BMW dealer recently and was pleasantly surprised. The interior is actually really nice!

100 percent YouTube personality during the review. I stopped watching because of how bad it’s gotten. Majority of people don’t seem to care though judging by the massive following. Stark contrast to Harry’s Garages where the guy presents almost whispering.

I’m sure Doug is a nice guy in person but if he toned down the weird inflections- it would be such a better review.

*shrugs* I like most of them for what they’re designed to do and for what their use cases are.

What’s wrong with these cars for people who want the convenience of an SUV and the fact that an EV, on average, is cheaper to maintain and needs no gas/those who don’t go on long road trips?

No one is obviously going to buy a 5500+ lb SUV because they want to take it to an empty mountain road to go canyon carving.

Yeah I used to enjoy his videos but his voice is too grating and production quality is just nonexistent compared to other channels like Throttle House.
