Back in the Fall, I hit a rock on the road and it damaged the passenger side rocker panel. My car has been in the shop for 4+ months (yes, really), awaiting parts, and I'm supposed to finally get it back next week.

The body shop is owned by the dealer, and on my request they took the car to the dealer for 1 year service, software updates, etc.

When I left the car with them, I had 8.0 and they updated it to 8.5, plus whatever else has been released recently. I've tried downloading the user manual from My BMW on the bmwusa site, but I keep getting "an error has occurred."

If anyone has the latest manual and would be willing to email it to me, please PM me and I'll respond with my email address. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried downloading the BMW driver’s guide app? If you do and enter your VIN number you will have a digital searchable version of the manual on your phone as well as PDF versions of the manual and navigation system guide.

I tried from both https://mybmw.bmwusa.com/home and https://www.bmwusa.com/owners-manuals.html
Is the latter what you're referring to?

I just get a white page with the BMW headers and An error has occurred

In the my BMW app, scroll all the way to the bottom of the opening page that has “All Good” at the top.
