Remote Start doesn't work on i4

Remote Start doesn't work on i4 since last iOS update. This is the fourth time this has happened, I finally made the connection between the two.

How to reboot idrive? I just restarted it but the problem persists.

There is no “remote start”. It’s considered preconditioning. Are you using the app or the key fob

App. I had to push 15 seconds the volume button.
