Problem and final resolution with ATT e-sim

FYI. My ATT e-sim stoped working about a month ago in both our BMWs. My wife’s worked fine. It took a month and a lot of calls for ATT sort it out. They had to delete all together it so it could clear their system and then finally re-install it in my account so I can set it up in my BMW app and car.

I too had similar issues, starting with the 07/2024 update. Last week, the dealer updated me to 11/2024.40 (latest software update, not yet available OTA) and that seems to have done the trick.
