How to remove the quarter panel trim?

I accidentally damaged the side panel trim(51-35-8-491-943)

How to remove and replace this,Please

Following this, because I damaged mine. It had residue on it from delivery packaging. I scrubbed to hard and scuffed mine up a little.

Here you go, looks like a pretty simple process, just remove the trim piece below it, then pull it off and put in the new one.
