Anyone else seeing this? Not sure how many people even use this, but I had been using Plex inside the TiVo (Video) app but recently have gotten this screen whenever I try and I cannot get it to load. Really annoying. And I apologize for the dust and fingerprints, had taken photo before getting out cleaning cloth )

(Also annoying bug in either iOS or iDrive, see my phone signal strength, it is a "?", this is as the only eSIM that is active in my phone is the second eSIM not primary, was working fine before that got flipped in my phone).

Yes, I have seen this/similar.

My fix was to go to Settings & Update Apps & Services, then do a reboot.

Thanks, I'll try the update (again) and see if that helps with an immediate reboot. Have done both but not one after the other.

I never bothered figuring it out as my year trial ended and I figured we had not used it enough to pay for the renewal.

Maybe there's only two or three of us using Plex in the car...?

It's still working well for me.

I did update services and rebooted but it didn't change anything. Did you do anything else to fix it?

I used to watch movies/shows while charging at rest stops. The plex app in the car acts as client and the my pc at home as plex media server. I cannot do that anymore. It's not even a clear error message, so annoying!

When I first got my car, the Video/Plex app required a working eSIM.

A few months ago, I took a 60 day trial of the Entertainment Package but then let it expire.

Subsequent to this, the eSIM was no longer sufficient to use Video/Plex and I've had to resubscribe to the Entertainment package to get it working again.

In the US you need the entertainment package for the Air Console games and the Video streaming app. eSIM is needed only for You Tube for some reason.

Yeah. Don't know why there are such regional variations. YouTube works without eSIM and without the Entertainment package over here...or at least it did for me.
