Irritating noise coming somewhere around left screen or HUD at low speed on slightly uneven or coarse roads, anyone know a fix?

Shop added some anti-squeak around outer frame of the steering column and HUD, no luck. Driving me crazy when driving 😣

Anyone any ideas? Wondering if I should ask the shop to take the screen off and check if anything is rattling and put it back again with some extra tape or something.

Update: noise seems to decrease if steering wheel is pushed up and can be somewhat introduced if bumping the steering wheel with a hand.
Which location would this direct the search..? Some cable connectors running along the column etc? Not sure the shop is able to pinpoint the issue without some help.
